5 Sign of Unhealthy Diet


The desire to have the ideal body, make many women do a lot of ways, even unhealthy ways. But, sometimes women do not realize that their diet is unhealthy types.

Therefore, we must know the signs of an unhealthy diet. Here are 5 signs of an unhealthy diet: 

Always Feeling Hungry 
Always feel hunger can occur due to leave the breakfast or another meal schedule, following the indiscriminate diet with too few calories, carbohydrates or proteins, or less intake of foods high in fiber.

Another reason that causes us to always feel hungry are too many empty calories foods (only contain lots of calories but contain few nutrients), that processed foods are high in fat or high sugar. Feel always hungry indicate that a diet that we are doing is not healthy.
 

Low Energy Levels and Easily Tired
This problem is caused by weight-loss program based low-carbohydrate diet. Carbohydrates are the body's main source of fuel that can be immediately used. Lack of carbohydrates can make a person tired physically and mentally listless. If lack of energy lasts longer can interfere with our activities, and a sign that our diet is unhealthy.

Feeling Depression
Unhealthy diets can cause feelings of depression. This can happen because of lack of intake of omega-3 fatty fish, or vitamin B-vitamin deficiency, especially folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12.

Greedy and Cravings
Diets that are too tight and a lot of restrictions, leaving the breakfast or other eating schedule, and likes snacking on sweet or fatty foods, it causes someone to be greedy and crave certain foods. Diet programs like this include the type of unhealthy diet, because dieter can not control food snacks. 

Difficult Concentrating
Leaving the breakfast, or not getting enough intake of antioxidants and vitamin E (found in nuts, seeds) may cause confusion and difficulty to concentrate, or a shot of memory decline. It can also occur due to lack of iron intake. And if you have signs like this, it means that you follow the unhealthy diet program.

Diet is a good program for health and beauty. But, choose a healthy diet, so as not to get the dangerous side effects. If you find signs of an unhealthy diet, at yourself, look for other diet programs, healthy diet and suitable for you.
