4 Types of Abnormal Menstrual Cycle


Identify the type of your menstrual cycle to know when you have to go to the doctor.
The average normal female menstrual cycle is 21-35 days. However, the average woman had cycles of 28. If less than 21 or more than 35 days then the blood that comes out is not likely menstrual blood. So consult a physician.
The amount of blood that comes out between some women with other women is also different. Average blood issued is 3-5 tablespoons or about 30-80 ml of blood per menstrual cycle, and it is normal. Menstruation is generally 3-8 days long. Beyond that, there are four types of abnormal menstrual cycles:
* Metrorrhagia, or irregular periods.
Menstruation may occur once every 3-6 weeks.

* Oligomenorrhea, menstrual flow is very mild and infrequent.
In some women who experience this condition, menstrual they may only occur 2 times a year.
* Polymoenorrhea, periods that occurs more frequently.
Women who experience menstrual polymenorrhea may be waiting for them every 2-3 weeks.
* Menorrhagia, namely severe bleeding during menstruation.
For complaints like these, usually require a doctor's consultation and further treatment.
Various types of menstrual cycle is strongly influenced by heredity or hormonal factors, diet, bad habits (drinking and smoking), stress, lack of exercise, and lack of consumption of vegetables and fruits.
