4 Drinks for Natural Body Detox

3. Green Tea

Green tea is one of the highest natural antioxidant. It contains polyphenols that help control the formation of glucose in the blood. Polyphenols inhibit the formation of glucose into fat cells, and prevent entry into the central blood flow.

4. Orange Juice

Orange is the main source of vitamin C, which is believed to increase endurance. Oranges are also rich in flavonoids, an important antioxidant that protects the human immune system by fighting germs and bacteria that cause disease.
