Carbohydrate Diet Makes Us Stay Young

Professor Cynthia Kenyon is a geneticist from the United States doing a research on the aging process. Professor Kenyon managed to find the secret to long life, stay healthy and energetic, just like young people. And the secret is carbohydrates.

Another booster is the research evidence on the community of tiny people in northern Ecuador. They lose the genes driving the aging process so stay young and free of cancer, but the bad they can not grow tall like a normal person because insulin is also needed for body growth.
