Benefits of Vitamins on Skin Beauty Products

All the vitamins from vegetables and a variety of beauty pills have been consumed, but still feel something is missing? We need the vitamins of the skin care products.

Vitamin K: For Eyes more Brightly

Capillaries are fragile and leaking around the eye area is often recognized as the cause of the black area around the eyes. Vitamin K, known also as phytonadione, can help control blood flow. Regular use of vitamin K can make the blackened eye circles appear brighter. Use 2-3 days a week each before bed to prevent irritation, if not, multiply the time of use, for example 4 days week.
