8 Supporting Factors for Pregnancy

You want to get pregnant? Maybe you and your husband had a medical examination, and you are healthy. You also have to undergo pregnancy program and were given fertility drugs. But, why are you not pregnant? Look at your diet and your lifestyle. Maybe there are some things around you that do not support your desire to get pregnant. Therefore, the steps below may help you.

1. Increase intake of nutrition, for example by adding vitamins
Folic acid is an important part of this process because it can help to prevent defects in the fetal brain, even before you know that you are pregnant. You can buy folic acid tablets at pharmacies.

2. Enough to eat
Vitamin is helpful, but the food is actually more important. Increase your portions and be sure to eat a varied diet as if you are pregnant. Eat more organic food, especially meat. Add the vegetables and fruits in your menu.

3. Stop consuming caffeine and alcohol
For those of you who used to drink coffee to "help concentration" at work, it is difficult to reduce them. Instant coffee contains 57 mg of caffeine, while coffee brewed 107.5 mg. Tea contains less caffeine. Caffeine levels in instant tea are 26 mg, 25 mg of green tea, and brewed tea 47 mg. If you want to drink coffee, choose non caffeine (decaf) because the levels are only 2.5 mg (IM) and 5.6 mg (brewed).

4. Drink lots of water
Because of the adequacy of water is important during pregnancy. Make sure you consume drinking water free of bacterial contamination.

5. Eating cooked food
Stop eating food that is cooked medium rare, like steak. Also, raw foods like sashimi. Sushi is safe to eat if you use cooked fish. Also, if possible get rid of food before the "hot" like durian and goat meat.

6. Check to see if there is a food that is "poisonous" in the kitchen
Either of the beverage, food you cook, or less safe way of storing food. Tools made of iron, stainless steel, glassware, or ceramics, are undergoing examination and was considered safe enough to store food. Plastics in fact less is recommended. If using plastic, make sure the safest type of plastic used (code # 2, # 4 and # 5). Do not insert the plastic containing the food in the microwave.

7. Using safe cosmetics
Replace cosmetics or personal care products contain toxins with a more environmentally friendly. There are chemicals in everything, from cleaners to acne medication and nail polish remover. Some of the substance of these products can affect fertility and harmful to the developing fetus.

8. Check the overall cleanliness of your home
Make sure no insects such as cockroaches, rats nest, or tin cans filled with water that invites mosquitoes. If you use an insect spray, choose a safer insecticide. There are some chemicals in these products which remained in the home and potentially harm the fetus in the womb.

The most important are you need to relax and always positive thinking that you will pregnant. Adequate rest and do intimate relationship with a husband with a happy and carefree. Because often when we do not think about it, you even get pregnant.
